Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Restrix, operated by Brigade Management, Inc. ("Restrix," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Questions? Email legal@restrix.ai.

The service

Restrix is a personal job-search CRM: tools to track applications, manage résumés and cover letters, and use AI to help tailor your materials. It is a tool to help you organize and improve your search — it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel.

• Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your account in a few clicks. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current period, and you are not charged again after that.
• Price changes. If we change subscription pricing, we'll give you advance notice, and changes apply to future billing periods.
• One-time purchases (such as Role Assessments) are charged once at the time of purchase and are not subscriptions.
• Refunds. If something isn't right, contact billing@restrix.ai and we'll work with you in good faith.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no unlawful use, no attempts to break security or access others' data, and no automated or abusive use of the AI features beyond fair use. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

Your content is yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process it so we can provide the service to you.

AI features

Restrix's AI helps draft and tailor your materials, but you are responsible for reviewing everything before you use it. AI output can contain mistakes and is not professional career, legal, or financial advice.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restrix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Restrix and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Contact us at legal@restrix.ai.
